Yes theres a screen,,in the lower front..look it up online...its easy to do..i catch a lot of coins there.Is there a screen to catch small debris (ie.earrings) in the kemore He2 plus washer? Where is it located?
It could be caught in the pump filter. Check your owner's manual on how to remove the pump.
