Do you have a warranty? Call and tell them it's broke, if they say too bad, talk to their manager. You MUST be pushy, as they don't really want to replace or fix anything. Usually if you are persistent they will give in.
my mom returns anything anywhere anytime trust me they will take it back.
call Lowe's and ask them. I work there and some thing they return anytime some thing have to have a manufactures number attached.
