Can you shrink a baja jacket in the washer?

I'm only 5foot, 3 inches and I want a baja jacket the smallest one is 26.5 inches long. Could I shrink it in hot water?

i remember when those where called ponchos and you could get them in tj for $10 bucks, but they will shrink a little but not much, especially in the dryer on high heat after being washed.Can you shrink a baja jacket in the washer?
